ROB AUBREY - TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Rob Aubrey has gained a reputation as a superb engineer over the last 20 years. Working mainly in his own 'Aubitt studios' in Hampshire, he's helped to develop the sound of many albums by the likes of Big Big Train, IQ, Transatlantic, Steve Thorne, John Wetton and Geoff Downes, just to name a few of his clients.
"Sound engineering has always been a passion for me, from the moment I laid eyes on a mixing desk in school", says Aubrey who is equally at home in a live setup. His 'no challenge is too big for me' attitude was demonstrated at IQ´s Subterranea show in Zoetermeer in October 2011 where he staged an incredible surround setting.
